The most common way to prove your old statistics is by a screenshot of your game, most players got it and maybe you got one aswell. Even if it is only of you driving in a car randomly it can already prove your XP.

Look for screenshots in the following directory:
C:\Users\<your username>\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP\screens
