Bugfixes

1. Several Anticheat-issues have been sorted out.
2. XP-check on login was a bit faulty and allowed people to use XP-locked classes. This has been fixed.
3. Certain gang-zones have been fixed.
4. Wanted medics can now be EMP'ed.
5. Checkpoint bug that allowed huge stats-farming has been fixed.
6. GPS system has been fixed and is back online - Arrow has been added back.
7. Jail spawn-point has been fixed. Also, jailed players shall no longer be able to spawn as LEO. So first finish your sentence and then go as LEO.
8. Weapon hack system has been rewritten from scratch to avoid false detections and for easy modification in the future.
9. Derby's will no longer kick you for Airbreak or any other "false" cheat.
10. Gang captures are now working normally again. The bug was with the AFK detection, so that has been re-created and changed drastically.
11. C4-bug when you blew the bank vault/fence has been fixed. You can only place 1 C4 in a range of 25 meters from now of.
12. /tie and /kidnap bugs has been fixed. No more desync on these occasions.
13. When a player was frozen, he would be desynced for every other player. This issue is also fixed in the same process as the /tie and /kidnap fix.

VIPs

• Added a bribe pickup inside VIP lounge. Explore the lounge & find it yourself.
• Secret Service class can now offer /bail.
• Secret Service class can now diffuse explosives.

Gangs & Zones

• Added a minimum score for a member to become the gang co-leader: 500.
• Added a minimum score for a member to become the gang leader: 1000. In other words, a player less than 1000 score cannot become the leader of any gang.
• Now gang zones are locked for 90 minutes.

Events & Missions

• Derby winners are now auto-granted score & gifts.
• Disabled using of /vmod (VIP) during Events.
• Added cool-down for all missions.

Miscellaneous

• Added new churches & hospitals all over San Andreas.
• Lotto system has been revamped. Use /Lotto in game to play! No need to visit 24/7 anymore.
• /cuttie command now has a time-limit between each usage.
• Bank robbery adjustments, added a few messages for it.
• New introduction music when you join. Guess the music?
• /park can not be used whilst wanted.
• Businesses can't be entered whilst wanted.
• The GPS arrow on /gps has now a bit text on it with distance and destination information.

Important notice!
Along in the process of improving Anticheat and it's actions, there may occur new bugs with it. In order to have the bugs fixed, the only applicable place to report them are here on forums. Thank you for understanding. If there are game-breaking bugs, you can expect an update really shortly.

They are coming in next update in not so long.
This was aimed to fix the bugs, so we can have a stable build before going loose on new features
