- You can buy tickets on 24/7 shops
- Each lotto ticket costs 5,000$
- Lotto's prize is random (100,000$ - 130,000$)
- You have 5 minutes to buy tickets since the message will appear
- You can select numbers amongst 0 and 50
- City expanded to Las Venturas outskirts
- You will now be also spawn randomly on outskirts
- You can find more shops and stores to rob on outskirts
- More cars added to those cities
- Added some medic, police spawn locations on outskirts
- Added more houses and businesses on those locations
- Added Alhambra club which costs 8m on desert eagle location with high earnings
